My daughter has truly brought color into my life. I typically wore all black, gray, and white before having her. When I became pregnant, I slowly added color, and it felt good. That being said, I still love my neutral and did find these tops to pair with some color pants.

The thing is.. even though I’m working with Boscov’s on this post, I have always loved to shop for clothes there! From my dresses, tops, bottoms, and my favorite flats that I had to finally bid farewell once they fell apart after 3 summers of heavy use. Oh man, I MISS them! Thankfully I found two pairs of shoes I adore. A pair of flip flops and then slip on floral shoes. Both are a must as a mom. Easy to get on and go!
It started when my husband bought me a bright yellow purse as a pregnancy present. Yellow is my favorite color, followed by orange and green – LOVE the bright and citrus colored stuff, but I’ve never worn it. I’m embracing color lately, and it feels good! It makes me happy to wear happy colors.
When I saw the Juniors Celebrity Jeans, I had to get a pair. Then I saw found a teal wristlet by Adrienne Vittadini to match!! Right by the purse section, I found cute floral slip on shoes by Taking a Walk.
When shopping I try to buy a few outfits and then also accessories that will match not one, but at least two of the outfits. If it’s a purse, I want it to be neutral for the most part, but if it’s a clutch it’s so fun to match with something that will get tons of use, like jeans. These pants will go well with most neutral tops.
This is my typical mom on the go outfit paired with a cream tank by Poof!. Simple and cute! I even picked up some cute Nine West sunglasses too.

I went out of my comfort zone and purchased this floral dress by Almost Famous. I’m hoping to wear it to my sister’s bridal shower. I’m going with a gold and white theme with floral accents for the decor and think it’s perfect for the party. (sandals)
Living in NJ means we’re always down the Jersey shore from Spring through Fall. A big bag is a must, but I’m not a fan of those beach bags that can only be used on the beach. Instead, I went with the Nine West California Casual Tote. For under $30 I have a great bag for the summer and can even use it for overnights at my sister’s.
