Mix the orange juice with brown sugar and pour it over the ham. Add the orange wedges and then bake according to package directions in a roasting pan or oven-safe casserole dish.
- Be sure to cover the ham and then if you want it crispy remove towards the end.
- Remove the ham from the oven once it reaches 145 degrees F. Spoon the brown sugar glaze over the ham and then serve.

- Mix together the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately. Once the wet is combined you can whisk in the dry ingredients.

Orange Brown Sugar Ham
- 1 quarter Smithfield Anytime Favorites Quarter Ham
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Sweet Potato Waffles
- 1 1/2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Orange Brown Sugar Ham

Place the ham in an oven-safe baking dish.

Mix together the orange juice and brown sugar and then pour over the ham.

Add orange slices if desired to make a pretty presentation.

Cover the ham and if you would like crispy edges you can remove the foil towards the end.
