Looking for a fun and delicious frozen yogurt recipe? You’re going to love our Mini Chef Mondays Frozen Fruit Yogurt Bark Cookies! These perfectly portioned cookies are a healthy no bake dessert recipe.
Our frozen yogurt fruit bark recipe has been extremely popular!
We absolutely LOVE it! It’s such a refreshing and delicious treat for the entire family. Best of all, it’s so much fun for you mini chef to make!
Allforhome(TM) 6 Round Silicone Cake Baking Mold Pans Muffin Cups Handmade Soap Molds Biscuit Chocolate Craft Art DIY MoldFor this frozen yogurt fruit bark cookie recipe we chose to use a round silicone baking mold. It’s great for baking, but you can also use it for freezing too!
If you want your frozen yogurt cookies perfectly shaped in circles like a cookie this is ideal. You could alternatively use a cookie sheet, but the cookies will spread out and depending on the yogurt you use they could really spread out.
The cookie sheet is good for about one topping, but if you want tons of toppings the silicone baking mold is what you need.
You could easily use it for so many things! Not just cooking, but even crafting and beauty.
This is a great recipe to let your mini chef get creative with their favorite fruits. You could even use toppings like mini chocolate chips, chia seeds, coconut, or whatever flavors you want to add! The options are really endless with this easy dessert recipe.
STORING:
Stasher Reusable Silicone Food Bag, AquaNow when it comes to storing frozen fruit bark we like to use a bag rather than a container. I’ve opted to purchase reusable freezer bags. A few reasons we went with this brand are:
- No plastic
- Reusable
- Air-tight
- Pinch Press Seal, super simple!
- Food Grade Silicone
- Safe for the freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and even boiling water.
- NO PVC, Latex, or Petroleum.
- SAFE for us and the environment.
They’re great for packing sandwiches, snacks on the go, and any other way you would use a disposable plastic zippy bag.
We like to make this 1-2 times a week and then store in a freezer-safe bag or container. No fancy gadgets are needed to make this recipe!
Have fun when making Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bark Cookies!
