Our favorite chicken breast recipes oven only! Why? I hate cooking chicken breast recipes for dinner on the stove. I’m always scared that it won’t cook evenly. If I’m doing a full chicken breast this is our favorite fast easy chicken recipe. If it’s tenders or thinly sliced I will do it in the skillet.
What’s for dinner? That’s a question I hear about 7 days a week and if it’s my husband asking, he always wants chicken.
My family loves when I make a home cooked meal and we typically eat at home just about every night, instead of eating out. Not only do we save money, but we also have control of the ingredients and quality of food we’re eating. We love to eat chicken with a fresh veggie at least 3 times a week and we buy Perdue Simply Smart. I make chicken often and our family loves and enjoys baked chicken breast most of all.

2016 is our year of getting smart with money and that includes budgeting groceries. I love finding coupons and saving when we can. With Perdue Simply Smart I can find a variety of poultry products to feed my family. From chicken nuggets, breaded chicken breasts, grilled and ready to go chicken breast sliced and of course raw and ready to cook. When I say we’re budgeting, we’re just shopping smarter. We still purchase and enjoy fresh and nutritious food, it’s all about shopping smart!
We regularly purchase the portioned out chicken breasts, chicken tenderloins and the nuggets. My daughter loves the all white meat in the chicken breasts and I’ll usually serve that with some roasted sweet potato bites. You can even roast whatever veggie you want in a separate pan than the chicken nuggets in the oven, that’s what we do!
