I love getting new toys for Kay to try out! She was super excited when we received the Green Toys 16 Piece Salad Set and Cookware and Dining Set from Green Toys. I’m not sure who was more excited to be honest, we really love kitchen play! I originally purchased the Green Toys Tea Set for my daughter last Christmas and just recently she’s really enjoying playing with food and her toy kitchen. Toys free of Chemicals were on the top of our list. We love purchasing green toys and toys that are green whenever we can. Green Toys is our absolute favorite brand and these two sets couldn’t have come at a better time. Lately Kay has been exploring food more and even helping me create recipes. She’s come so far with new foods since her FPIES diagnosis.
She loves both sets equally, but I think her favorite thing is mixing them together. We love taking the peppers, onions and mushrooms from the salad set in the cookware and dining set. These two sets are a great purchase together. We try to eat all organic and mainly fresh and local. Kay knows almost all her fruits and vegetables and devours play and real salad!
We really appreciate that Green Toys are safe for our daughter. Made with recyeled plastic and free of harmful chemicals like BPA. All the items can really be used not just “pretend”. In fact we have some awesome tea parties with Rooibee Roo! Did I mention it’s all dishwasher safe?! I hand wash, but if you want you can put them in the dishwasher!!
