What little girl doesn’t want a horse for their birthday or under the Christmas Tree? We go to Ironside Farm in Paramus, NJ right before Van Saun County Park is where we take our daughter. We just discovered this area over the summer and Kay has been having a blast. The staff is friendly and it’s only $5 to go around in a circle 3 times. Kay is happy and sometimes if you’re lucky you’ll get a free time around! It’s become one of our favorite things to do in NJ.
HOW OLD TO START PONY RIDING LESSONS:
So of course since baby girl is having a blast we inquired about lessons and unfortunately they cannot start to have horse riding lessons until the age 5-6.
What’s great about Ironside Farm is you can actually pay by the hour as well. We already plan to HOPEFULLY have Kay’s 3rd birthday at the farm next summer. They have a basic package that would be perfect. Last year I spent $300 on food and $250 on decorations.. it was fun but this would be more fun for my daughter. After all it is her day!!
Basic Party Package
2 hour party 1 pony for 1 hour
15 Party favors which consist of cowboy hats and bandannas
Use of our facility total cost $375.00
You can even add another pony for $100. Which would still be an amazing deal. We really love the area and think you will too. We actually took our family pictures right by their beautiful white gate.
