My poor skin. Today I’m sharing How to Winter Skin Care with Jergen’s new Wet Skin Moisturizer!
This how to for winter skin care is pretty much what has always worked for me with the added bonus of Jergen’s new wet skin moisturizer. I feel like my skin is even softer!
The summer was brutal. It took all the moisture from my skin and left me with a desert. I used tons of sun block and wouldn’t you know, it just dried my skin out instead of adding moisture! I’ve been using Jergen’s new Wet Skin Moisturizer and it’s really helping me revamp my moisturizing routine. Best of all, you add this moisturizer to WET SKIN. That means right out of your morning shower, slather up with Jergens!
I barely have time to tie my shoes these days, in fact I slip those bad boys right on. My toddler is always on the go and I have to keep up with her schedule, we’re out of the house more than we are in! I wake up about a half hour before my husband leaves for work to take my shower and then I slather up with Jergen’s new Wet Skin Moisturizer. My skin is super soft and I want it to stay that way during the winter!
My tips for soft skin during the winter months is to make sure you’re applying your moisturizer and doing it daily.
My daily routine:
-
Scrub: Scrub away the dead skin (I use a homemade sugar scrub)
-
Wash: Wash your skin now that it’s all fresh
-
Moisturize: Apply Jergen’s Wet Skin Moisturizer right after your shower to lock in the moisture
Water can really dry our skin out and by putting lotion with the moisture after a shower you can really lock it all into your skin, instead of out! I apply my Jergen’s new Wet Skin Moisturizer before even drying off. I simply keep it in the bathroom this way I can put it on in the shower. In all honesty, the towel is just for my hair since I rub all the water into my skin. You can just pat dry if you have any wet areas. Doing this with Jergen’s new moisturizer will leave your skin soft for at least 24 hours.
You can find them right at your local Target!
(SAVINGS ALERT: you can save 5% on Jergen’s Wet Skin Moisturizer starting 9/13 you can find the ad in the 9/13 Target Circular) I’m there every day so it’s easy to pick up our Jergen’s Wet Skin Moisturizer when we run out. You will run out of your moisturizer and if you do that’s good, it means your moisturized! You should be doing it daily. Ever think, “wow, babies have such soft skin, I wish I had baby soft skin”. Well that’s because mommies moisturize them, thoroughly and preferably right after bath time.
You can find Jergen’s Wet Skin Moisturizer in three different varieties, Coconut Oil, Monoi Oil, or Green Tea Oil! Which one do you want to try first?
