Quick and delicious snacks

I grew up watching my father consume massive amounts of Kozy Shack® Rice Pudding.  He would sprinkle a little cinnamon on top and just go to town on a whole container.  No portion control of any kind.  My father was extremely lucky and could eat double his weight and not gain any weight at the same time.  Meanwhile if I look at a piece of chocolate cake I gain 3lbs.

I love that my daughter with FPIES (a rare food allergy) can even enjoy a few bites with me, or her own container.  They’re great for on the go and I love to pair them with fresh berries and bananas.  SO good and such a satisfying dessert.  I fulfill the craving and I can do it sensibly.   The best part is they’re only 90-calories!  I love to take them on the go for a quick snack.  Hubby LOVES when he has one in his lunch.  It’s the best surprise, don’t you think?  They’re great Pudding Snack Ideas for adults!  We love Better-for-you snacking!  Gluten free and no added sugar!
