There’s nothing I like more than something that tastes delicious and takes a little time to make – not to mention only a few ingredients. I very rarely buy steak, but when I do I like to buy a big enough one that will serve us for more than one dinner. I made a steak dinner the other night and cooked off an entire steak that I sliced. I reserved half of the steak for the next night. We also had left over rice and tomato and onion salad that I made.
Once I’m ready to make dinner I just lightly heat a little olive oil in my frying pan with a little fresh garlic minced and Worcestershire sauce! Toss with some vegetables or other leftovers and you have an amazing meal! What’s your favorite way to use leftovers?
Steak with Tomato and Onions

Leftover steak, or fresh (cut in strips)
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Vinegar or Fresh Lemon
Fresh or Dried Cilantro or Parsley
Salt to taste
Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil and half of the garlic. Toss in the Steak and add in the Worcestershire sauce. Meanwhile cut the tomatoes in half and slice up as well as the onions – add a remaining garlic, a little olive oil and lemon or vinegar sprinkle on herbs and salt. Once meat is warmed serve over rice and tomato salad. Enjoy!
