This buttery and delicious caramel sauce is so good poured over fresh apples and even ice cream!  It would be even better drizzled over a fresh apple pice.  Using II Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® cuts down on the fat, but not the flavor.  My grandparents loved I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!®  and most of my family still enjoys it.  While I love real butter, I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® holds many memories!  My grandparents would buy it back when it was in a round tub and melt it over fresh homemade batch of Pierogi.  To me Pierogi isn’t the same without I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!®.  I really love to have it and treasure those memories we had.  It’s funny how most of my memories only mom’s side are about food.  We’re definitely a foodie family.

Father’s Day is right around the corner and Kay and I are thinking of ways to make his day extra special!  We love making homemade gifts so it would definitely be something unique and not store bought!  We’ll also be making his favorite dinner, MEATBALLS!  Chris and I have been doing so well laying of the sweets and junk food but I know he loves ice cream and candy.. so for Father’s Day I’m going to make him a healthier “ice cream” for dessert.  Using our favorite frozen banana method and a chocolate candy.
