Establishing a bed time for my daughter has been a constant trial and error since she was born.  Now with day light savings time we’re kind of on a better schedule finally since it’s brighter all day we can play outside and really get some exercise making her ready for bed by nightfall  I previously wrote about zarbee’s naturals and how it’s a great alternative for those who want less chemicals for their child.  Don’t worry, it’s not just for babies!  It’s for older children too!  From Cough Syrup, Mucus Relief, and even helping them get to sleep!  We can’t quite use these items yet, but it’s good to have the option once Sweet Baby is a little older!
